FEES PAYABLE:

If you wish to apply for a tenancy, once you have viewed a property, a Referencing Fee of £25.00 per person is payable before your application will be processed (this is non refundable and we are unable to give an explanation if your application proves unsuccessful.)

All property will remain advertised and available until full/part payment of the Deposit is received.  

If you are accepted for a tenancy a £75.00 contract fee is payable upon signing the contract (one fee per property.)

The advance rent and any outstanding Deposit is payable upon receipt of the keys.

WE SHALL REQUIRE TWO REFERENCES SELECTED FROM THE FOLLOWING LIST.

THE REFERENCE MUST BE IN WRITING AND ON LETTER HEADED PAPER WHERE POSSIBLE.  

 

1)            If employed we must receive a reference from your employer  confirming your position and salary.

2)            If you are currently renting we shall always require a reference from your Landlord/Agent.

3)            A bank/building society financial reference.

                (you maybe charged for this service and you will need to give them          permission for the information to be released.)

4)            A professional person who can give a character reference i.e. Doctor, Solicitor or similar.

5)            Accountant if self employed (you shall need to give your authorisation)
